6. Troubleshooting & support
During this stage, the charge voltage drops to 13.5V and the battery can be considered full. If the charger never enters this stage, it might be a sign that the absorption stage has not been completed
This error is generated in the following circumstances: One (or more) cells are very deeply discharged or defective. Check the battery terminal voltage. If the battery terminal voltage is too low, refer to the Battery very low terminal voltage chapter on what to do next. The internal circuit board has a hardware fault.
An error message on your battery charger could indicate a variety of problems. It could be an issue with the battery, the charger itself, or a mismatch between the charger and the battery. Refer to the user manual of your charger to understand what the specific error message means and how to troubleshoot it.
The charger does not output any voltage or current. Check the power source and ensure it is providing power to the charger. Verify that the charger is properly plugged in and the power switch is turned on. The charger outputs the wrong voltage or current. Adjust the charger settings to match the requirements of your battery.
By below connection, there will be another value indicated by standard meter. If there is no negative power supply installed, the equipment cannot discharge except you connect a battery to function as a power supply. You can calibrate discharge current at this situation just string a battery in the circuit as above diagram.

Dielectric Voltage Withstand Test: If the nominal maximum battery system voltage of 60 VDC is exceeded, the assembly must undergo a repeat of the dielectric voltage withstand test at the higher
To ensure the safe operation and the functionality of the equipment, please read this user Manual carefully before operation. This manual will introduce the fundamental theory, standard, construction,
Smallest cell capacity available for selected cell type that satisfies capacity requirement, line 6m, when discharged to per-cell EoD voltage, line 9d or 9e, at functional hour rate, line 7. OR, if no single cell
Charging is complete if any of the following occur on a 38 Battery Cabinet: Current < 4A AND String Voltage > 566Vdc Any Monoblock Voltage > 15.5V String Voltage > 581V
If the equipment has a voltage output range or your battery voltage is larger than 36V (minimum safety voltage to human, different from standards), you should take great caution to operate both equipment
When the battery indicator lights are displaying incorrect levels or appear stuck, resetting the power bank may rectify these issues and make the indicator display normal.
All errors, omissions, discrepancies, and suggestions for improvement to NAVSEA and NAVWAR TMs shall be submitted as a Technical Manual Deficiency/Evaluation Report (TMDER). All feedback
Opening the Battery Disconnect Switch will cause the battery management unit (BMU) to open its contactors and isolate the battery stack from REbus, where REbus will still have voltage if the
A battery charger troubleshooting chart or diagram can guide you through the process of checking the battery voltage. This chart will provide you with information on the expected voltage
