This error is generated in the following circumstances: One (or more) cells are very deeply discharged or defective. Check the battery terminal voltage. If the battery terminal voltage is too low, refer to the Battery very low terminal voltage chapter on what to do next. The internal circuit board has a hardware fault.
An error message on your battery charger could indicate a variety of problems. It could be an issue with the battery, the charger itself, or a mismatch between the charger and the battery.
